It was emotional and somewhat overwhelming but with the huge support of the team and family it was an excellent transition. As first time home buyers, my fiancé and I were excited to get into the housing market but were very unfamiliar with the process and at times felt overwhelmed chasing after this dream of ours. We had the privilege to work with Jeremy Ellis. He never failed to look after us no matter the time or day. He guided us through the entire process and made it a lot less overwhelming. Despite the many hurdles we had to over come Jeremy was there to help us and even make us laugh along the way. He looked after us as if we have been life long friends which gave us the confidence to listen to the advice he gave us. First time home buyers or not, we would definitely recommend working with the Kristine-Ellis group as if they are anything like Jeremy, they will look after you as if you were family, not leading you down the wrong path and never failing to look after you in a timely matter.
