K	Karam Zanzoul on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give them 0 stars I would, my mothers and fathers experience was a very bad one, not the most efficient and reliable customer service, they came in 2 times to fix it, nothing happened, it's still broken, over $250 was paid for basically nothing! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!

They replaced one part and charged us for service and part but nothing happen and still the oven not fixed. When we called again and they said they have to replace another part. We simply paid over $240 for nothing. They are just guessing and I don't believe they are expert in oven repair.

How they are an authorized service provider for major brand like Bosch is beyond me? Customers are stuck dealing with this outfit for warranty, won't buy Bosch again as a result. ZERO stars.

I dealt with Earl a few years back and he was quite the character! Love these guys. There's a reason they've been in business for so long! Both are great to deal with.

Z	Zenon Chance on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed. The repair man replaced the inlet valve in my dishwasher, which cost me $197.74. He gave me his personal repair business card. He left and I started putting dirty dishes in the dishwasher. A couple days later, I wanted to run the dishwasher but it did not work (Error messages 24). I called the repairman and he came right over. He "fiddled around" and said he made some adjustments. A few days later, I tried the dishwasher and it did not work. I called the repair man again and he came and replaced the floater. The dishwasher still did not work. I called the repair man again, using the business card he gave me and left a message asking him to call me because the dishwasher was still not working. The repair man did not call me back. A couple days later, I called McNabb appliances directly and explained the situation to the lady that answered the phone. She said she'd look into the situation and have someone call me. That was several weeks ago. I'm still waiting. I would not call McNabb appliances, Peterborough ON, again.
