★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rated this store a one star only because of the delivery guys who were nice and professional. I was referred by a service technician who diagnosed my washer as too expensive to fix. I then drove long distance to order a new set. I waited one week for the set to be delivered. Both were damaged with huge dents. I called the store and spoke to Mary who never even offered to call to see if she could order me another set, so I refused the dented set. Leaving me high and dry with no appliances. I would never go back nor reffer them. I'm dissatisfied and frustrated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You want amazing customer service? Brian and Corey have it down!!! Under promise and over deliver. I went in to look at fridge options, Brian very quickly assessed our needs/wants and directed me to a few options. Due to supply shortages we were expecting our new fridges in the fall. To our surprise they arrived early and we had them delivered on the first available date. The delivery crew was friendly, quick, took the old unit and took the trash. 100% we will be back for any appliance needs in the future! Thank you Brian, Corey and your team!

Needed to replace white kitchen stove . Selection was somewhat limited due to global supply chain problems, but well satisfied with our choice.
Delivery made on agreed time and date by company personnel and old unit removed. Also very professional.
