I decided to bring my daughter here to get dinner because I was frankly too tired to cook. Originally my daughter wanted poutine but they claimed they hadn’t had gravy for a month.. a whole month, can you believe that? So we switched our order and she got a quarter pounder. Upon receiving the burger she realized it wasn’t even a quarter pounder, it was just dry meat that looked like it was one day old, a bunch of poorly cut onions and and cheese that wasn’t even on the burger. This whole situation is honestly just so unprofessional. If the workers here can’t even make a simple quarter pounder then why work at McDonald’s?

I had to drive backwards through the drive thru because my passenger was paying and didn’t want me to see his pin. They guy at the window was not at all cool with it and was very unprofessional even when we turned around to come in the normal way. I ordered 3 DOUBLE hamburgers and received a triple hamburger and another burger that had 2 and a half Pattie’s on it. I am very disappointed with both the customer service and the lack of half of my patty and missing an entire hamburger. Please fix these issues so future customers don’t have to deal with this ever again. This unacceptable and I have never in my life experienced this kind of service at a McDonald’s restaurant before. Absolute worst experience today. Started with coming in and using the washroom while wife ordered , bathroom was absolutely disgusting with bloody napkins on the floor and wash counter absolutely disgusting with dirt / water / soap . Then took over 1/2 hour to get any food or drink and not until wife went and asked what was going on. While she was up there numerous persons requested refunds and walked out. Once food finally came went to drink bar to fill cups, the counter was again absolutely disgusting with old pop / straw wrappers / lids , all over and not looked after. Food was alright except for daughters chicken nuggets that having a taste , I'm sure we're cooked sometime in last week. Don't think we will be back in a long long long time. I'll go to the 1980s Dairy Queen I guess.

This McDonald’s is beyond slow , my meal is always wrong in some sort of way . It’s not rocket science . Honestly think there should be a shift there and new members need to come in . 3 days in a row I got food from here and all 3 times it was completely wrong . I have gone inside I have complained multiple times and nothing ever changes . So instead of trying to fix the people that don’t care at all who work there find a whole new team! This McDonald’s would benefit from sort of common sense

The assistant manager maintained a professional countenance and tone, the other staff members appeared to be complaining about my order when I walked in after going through the drive through. I had no issue with the mix up between the windows of the drive through, but to walk in and hear the team complaining about us and deflecting any resemblance of responsibility definitely rubbed me the wrong way. Yes, the staff confirmed our order, but the order was confirmed using items present on both our order and the one we unintentionally paid for.

Went through the drive through and ordered a large fries with my meal, when I checked the bag to make sure everything was in there the large fry I paid extra for was only half full. We brought it to thw staffs attention and the girl at the window argued with me and refused to fill it up. They also didn't give a straw, napkins, or a receipt. Everyone I know has something bad to say about this location. Will pass along for people to avoid this mcdonalds. Horrible customer service.

They have a real problem with communication at this store for example today I got a large french vanilla latte I paid for it at the first window when I got to the second window I was asked if I could pull to the front because they were cleaning it I don't understand why they would sell it if it's not ready. Also to that note no compromise was provided not a sorry nothing customer service gets zero stars at this store also I would avoid ordering fries but I think that's any McDonald's. Also to add it's not their fault it's management's fault he literally stood there and made them tell me that without trying to help them at all so he gets a minus one the girls are always nice and try to do what they can with what they have.

Now, settle down my children, gather round and listen up. I've lived in this community since I was a wee little lad (contrary to popular believe I do not love berries and cream), and have been regularly attending this "Dirty Dons" as the locals call it. Although usually consistent and enjoyable, this evening I was taken aback. I had just finished a 2 am impromptu self taught crossfit session at my local gym when I decided I needed to recarb and refuel my absolute unit of a body. Pulling up in my deeply loved 2005 honda crv with rattling internals I assumed they would recognize me and my usual prowess, thus adding my usual order of a Double Hamburger, Junior Chicken meal and Rootbeer / Ketchup. To my disarray they were unable to pick up on this and I had to go through the painstaking effort of relaying my requests to the employees myself. Alas, I finished my order and begrudgingly rattled my way to the second window. She asked for payment. "Debit, no tap. It may not go through. My monetary resources are beyond a little depleted" I replied. As I paid I noticed something seemed off. The usual kindness was there, but something was amiss. When I was handed the card terminal to pay, she gripped rather harshly. This was jarring, I was use to much more gentle treatment from those I consider friends. How could she not trust me, a young man in a luxury Honda, breathing heavily and simply asking for sustenance to maintain my greek god bod. She handed me my drink, but no straw. As a result I was FORCED to sit there, yearning for a sip of my Rootbeer and no way to satiate myself (photo provided below). I was forced to abstain regardless of my wishes. The wonderful employee handed me the rest of my order and I was off. As I drove home I did the habitual eat fries from bag whilst balancing steering wheel in one hand. Immediately, something seemed unsound. The fries tasted as though they had been left under a heat lamp since the dawn of time. Whoever made those fries must of had hearing damage from the big bang, that's how old they tasted. With my mouth parched I waited until I reached the red light intersection to obtain the straw. I unsheathed it from it's paper sarcophagus, only to discover it was a god forsaken paper straw. I would prefer to personally choke every sea turtle in existence than drink from this abomination but I had to make a choice. Embittered, I punctured the plastic barrier and sucked back a a refreshing gulp of Rootbeer. It was fine, although more ice than drink. So much ice, the arctic glaciers would be jealous. Off to a bad start, I decided to wait until I got home to continue my refuelling. When I got home, I opened the Junior chicken. Usually a solid choice I had no worries about it's quality. This was but a fatal mistake. I peeled back it's form fitting yellow wrapper and took my first bite. Immediately my mouth became barren of moisture. The pattys texture was similar to that of mother's meatloaf. I will let you infer from that what you will. I reached for my drink, but the time passing had caused the straw to shrivel into a shell of its former self (picture below). I had been set up. Never in my life have I felt more victimized and hurt. These people were my friends, my providers, I would even go as far to say my family. I provided the context of my experience over the years here at the beginning of my writings so you could understand my plight. This was a Macbeth level betrayal. I am lost. A man with no McDonalds. I drive endlessly through Calgary now. Looking for a McDonalds that gives me the same comfort, the same warmth but to no avail. It's not the same. It will never be the same and I think I need to accept that but it's just so hard. What will I do. I am so lost. In so much pain. Please god, provide me with a semblance of dignity and respect, to recover from this pain and one day return to normalcy. Then I had the double hamburger and it was alright. 5/5 I will be going again.
