My mom and I had a reservation for 11 for a pedicure. They sat us down at 11:15. Their sign stated 35 for a spa pedicure, 45 for a spa pedicure with shellac. They charged me 55 each for spa pedicure with Shellac polish. My mom came out with small cuts on her ankle bones from when the lady was exfoliating her feet. I got a small infection on my big toe (oozed pus for a few days after) and My polish chipped on a few toenails in less than a week (what was the point in paying the extra 20 dollars on a pedicure that didn't last?!)
C	Christie Mccorriston on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just had my acrylic nails done by an old lady at Kayla's nails and I'm very disappointed one hand is completely crooked and extremely lumpy and thick, I showed a photo of the color and shape that I wanted she continued to proceed with the service without asking if the shape or length is okay. Once the shellac was done and she told me I was done I looked down and it was missing the design. She was apologetic at first and then made it seem like I was being unreasonable. The matte finish didn't cover my nail and shiny bits were left so I asked her to fix it which she did. I didn't want to be picky about them so i didn't say anything at first but I did end up calling back asking her to fix them after I got home and she was straight up rude no apologies no nothing just saying yeah come back. After working in the customer service industry for 15 years myself and owning a small business I understand what it means to make people happy and sometimes that's refunding money or just being flexible which she was not. Unable to refund my money or give me an owner or managers number because there is no owner that works there?? Completely unsatisfactory with the way things were handled. I even gave her a tip because I know that things arent always perfect and it's only nails but it's all about the people. If you (or Kayla's nails) wants to make this right let me know Warning other people I know there's always someone whos unhappy don't let it be you lol

B	Britney Rudy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all she was grinding my nails so hard it hurt and cut my skin multiple times! Like she was going too fast in a hurry or something. Then I got shellac on my nails and it’s so uneven!! Some nails are so thick and some the polish is missing in spots even though she did three layers. It’s also already peeling on the edge and I just got it this morning. Maybe because she did such thick layers on these nails. It looks like a child painted my nails. Worst worst worst nails ever. Waste of money. Don’t go here if you care about your nails.

More than one nail has nail polish everywhere and I even left with nail polish on my hands. I didn't realize how awful they were until I got home, and it's really sad that I paid 60$ for them. And I had asked for coffin nails, nor sqaure. Also won't forget to mention that she cut me when filing, ans when shaping the nails, almost cut my fingers a couple time with the scissors. Maybe rethinking some of the employees might be in your best interest. 10/10 don't recommend.
