D	David on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Burnt coffee, fries not cooked properly, burger squashed beyond recognition. To top that off curbside delivered by a condescending bitter little old man. Sort it out canmore McDonald's and while you're at it you can reimburse for the trash you served.
K	Kaylee Lin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed in Canmore for a week so we visited this drive thru quite a bit and honestly I can say that this is the MOST disappointed I've ever been at a McDonalds in my life. First time we went, the lady at the drive thru was very obviously irritated and gave us so much attitude when we asked about using two coupons. Then when we drove up to the window, she had already escalated to her manager who was telling us off for trying to us multiple coupons? Not sure why it was such a big deal that we asked. Another time we went, we order an Ice Frappe and after driving away we realized that the entire thing that pieces of soft blue plastic blended into it. When we finally went back, the same manager tried to make up excuses about how it was probably a ketchup packet that accidentally got in there. Absolutely unacceptable. The only reason why I gave two stars is because there was one girl working there early in the morning one day who was an absolute delight to speak with.
S	Shh_stone Shh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THE BEST MACDONALD'S IN ALBERTA. I always forget about the point system and they remind me everytime, staff is so friendly. Food is always good. I really appreciate how sanitary this location is, I always see someone cleaning! Keep up the good work
J	Jas Sidhu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered 2 Jr chicken meals and requested it to be made fresh even tho "it is always fresh" I still said I'd wait. We got our food, fries were barely warm and one of our Jr chickens had a clear wrapper in it stuck to the cheese... disgusting.
D	David Kavanagh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Manager Harold was so helpful with allergy questions and even took a photograph to show me the ingredients so that I felt comfortable my daughter having a McFlurry. I now have a very happy little girl. Food was hot and fresh and staff were friendly.
D	Daizy Duke on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Is there no Manager or caring staff at this location ? This is one of the worse washroom I have seen. The pictures tell all. You can see that it has not been attended to for some time. They were not short staffed and there is no reason for this. GROSS !!!!!!

The rest of the staff is awesome but Stan has no business being in charge of customer service. Good food and good coffee and I would post more stars if I felt even a little bit respected by this power tripping manager.
