★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The team working there seems to always only prioritize drive thru customers. When you walk in you can stand there for 10 minutes waiting to order or pick up and the employees and manager walk by you several times like you don’t exist. Not even common courtesy of “Hi I will be right with you”.
This is not the first time. I wish If someone higher up could do some secret visit at McDonald’s in Richmond hill Aurora and Newmarket. They all lack customer service when you come inside.
I remember McDonald’s always providing outstanding service and many companies I worked for would always hire someone with a McDonald background because of there customer service and sense or urgency. But I can say how disappointed I have been over the last year or so at the McDonald’s in these 3 towns.
I go to Toronto and the service and urgency is way way better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best McDonalds quality I've had in ages! Though, it took 4 different people at the mic to finally take my order, THEN a 20 minute wait (someone ordered 4 orders from one car) BUT...... it's McDonald's you can't be too picky, and it's on the way so, see you soon!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in and ordered the new bbq crispy onion bacon quarter pounder. Not only did they make it wrong the first time with regular onions but can anyone else find any crispy onion on this burger ?
The only time I've never had an issue with food being wrong at this location, is when the Asian manager is there. She's the only reason this place gets the two stars. One just for her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just got McDonald's for my 2 kids To get home and find One happy meal missing the yogurt the other happy meal missing a toy And then both their chocolate milk not there. Try and call and They just hang up on you. Not the 1st time this has happened at this location On top Of price increase literally 2 days ago because of the New Year and Minimum wage increasing and yet these people are incompetent to do a simple task.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a cozy modern place. Very clean. Staff are nice. They serve fast... Parking are lots. Easy to locate. Lots of tables. There are self serve machine too. We had a good time with group of friend and family. Even other customers are kinda nice too. We enjoyed our visit here.
