i	iamwill lee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't know why there's customization options if none of them were followed as requested. Not difficult to have a ketchup topping only in the burger.
K	Kid JL on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service was friendly and the food was served to us quickly. Food is relatively warm and usual McDonald's quality except for the drink. We ordered two nesteas and they were badly wateted down. It did not have any taste to it.

Areas of the restaurant was clearly identified for social distancing. While filling my drink at the soft drink dispenser I saw an ant on the counter top, then I looked to my left and a whole bunch of them were coming out from within the counter and scurrying away from the dispenser area across the counter top. I informed a staff member, they seemed not concerned about it.

I'm giving 5 stars because if you compare this one with the one at the corner of Rome and taschereau, this restaurant looks like a 3 star Michelin restaurant, and the McDonald's at the corner of Rome and taschereau is the Chinese buffet that got shut down by health inspectors.
D	Daniel Roy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely expensive! This franchise owner charges the maximum allotted for each item which is about 1/3 more expensive than every other McDonald’s around. The menu in App is not the same as at the restaurant and they will not honour the app prices.

They took things off our order and added other things then charged us for the wrong things… Kind of convinced the people serving us didn’t actually work there… Find another McDo honestly.

Does this branch or MacDonald in general has a policy to give service to customers in the store before food delivery drivers? In another way does this branch or MacDonald in general has a different between customer in the store and costumer online? Dose the customer in the store more important than customer online? Thanks
