I contacted Marie Claude through the website to inquire if I can purchase a ring for a Christmas present, I understood it would take a few days given it was short notice and I could possibly not be prioritized. Marie Claude contacted me within 48 hours to let me know the order was complete and asked when I would like to pick it up. Her work was beautiful, efficient, I described exactly what I was looking for and she accommodated without delay or hesitation. I asked for the lightest green Pearl they had and I got an awesome green Pearl with very light gold undertones. I couldn’t be more pleased with the top notched customer service I got. I highly recommend this store and its employees. You won’t be disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Better late then never! Maria-Claude via her Etsy made me a custom wedding band. I wanted something unique with classic vibes and she nailed it! If you understand metal hardness and what not, 10k is ideal for someone that wants to wear it daily, who wants gold (real gold not plated) and not to worry about damaging since it is stronger and not as soft as a 12k or 14k gold. Her original sizes were 6mm x 1mm thick and I wanted something just a bit thicker, she suggested 1.8mm and that is what I went with. After spending hours to figure out what I wanted stamped on the ring I finally and happily decided just to have my wife's first name "Lauren" on it. For the price, uniqueness and quality I wouldn't recommend anyone else other than Marie-Claude Decarie. I've received numerous comments from strangers and friends on the ring, when I do I let them know who made it. If you are shopping on Etsy under the gold ring options you will see the exact ring she made me since she is using it as the sample photo for that ring option. I've had it on my finger since my wedding in 2017 and it fits and looks just like new. 10/10
Update 9/9/2021, I purchased my wife a matching style ring, since she is a nurse she is unable to wear her engagement ring because of the constantly wearing gloves and diamond rings catch. Outstanding craftsmanship and pricing. If you purchase through her direct website and checkout via etsy you are unable to leave a review so leaving it here!
