He had an apprentice with him which speaks to his willingness to help someone else learn the trade. He showed patience and respect with young Richard. A very likeable expert that I would hire again.

He even fixed the horrible job the last electrician did in my basement. I would definitely recommend Mark and will be using him for all my electrical needs moving forward.

In addition to the original work order, they without question took on odd jobs that had been on my “to-do” list for far too long. I couldn't be happier with their work and service and highly recommend them to anyone in need of electrical or security services!

I had 8 fixtures to change, with two that were problematic for a long time, and he did it in no time. He was punctual, very well mannered, gave me an honest evaluation of the work to do, worked rapidly and left the place clean. I'm totally satisfy with Mark services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hired Mark of Matrix to re-wire my home and complete the wiring for a new garage. I hired Mark after obtaining several quotes finding Mark’s quote to be the most reasonable for the scope of the work . Mark agreed to a schedule,
obtained the necessary city permits and completed the work on scheduled in a professional, courteous manner on budget. He also made time to complete several small jobs beyond the scope of the house rewiring and garage. I would recommend Mark to anyone needing an electrician for residential electrical work.

The wiring of Cat5 cable was clean and hidden. His experience helped when we did not even know what locks and door strikes to use. He made great suggestions. I would highly recommend Mark and the Matrix team.

I reached out to a number of security installation contractors and companies but out of the ten, we went with Matrix Integrated Systems (Mark). We needed the job done professionally efficiently while using the latest hardware and Mark didn't disappoint. He came in with a fair and reasonable quote, was extremely detailed, throughout his install process, and was punctual for everything he did.
We ended up being a repeat customer for additional cameras and in fact, have been recommending his services to other high end condos in the Oakridge area.
Mark is dependable, trustworthy, efficient, and easy to work with. I highly recommend Mark's services to any condo/hotel/commercial establishment that needs a professional remote surveillance solution without being taken for a ride.
6 stars if it were possible - highly recommended.
