β β β β β EZ Electric was awesome to work with! Carey picked up my call at 10:30 at night and we were able to schedule an appointment for first thing the next morning. He was prompt, professional and extremely knowledgeable about the cable and outlet issue I was having. 5 stars! Would recommend.

He was knowledgeable and was happy to answer any questions of mine regarding dimmer switches and electrical problems, beyond the scheduled task for installing a new light fixture.
We're very pleased with the results and would recommend him to friends and family.

β β β β β Carey was very thorough, professional, and timely. I had an urgent electrical issue and on very little notice, he and a colleague worked until 10pm on a Friday night to make sure I had heat that evening. I recommend him without hesitation and will certainly use his services again.

β β β β β Terrible company if you can call it a company! They are not professionals and all I can say it is that they are thieves. I wouldnβt recommend them even to my worse enemy. I had βpleasureβ to have business with Carey and I canβt be more sorry for ever contacting them. When I tried to fix the issue and get what we agreed to they were all so unprofessional and they all acted crazy. They are thieves. If you ever consider them to do any electrical work please donβt.

β β β β β It has been 3 weeks since Carey replaced our thermostat on short notice and I've been meaning to write a review 2 weeks ago! Called him at 7:05 on a Sunday morning and he responded right away and the issue was solved by Monday afternoon. Great service! Would recommend!

β β β β β Very impressed with the service my family received from Electrician Carey, after I lost power in our Olympic Village condo. The Building Manager was off-duty, Carey provided excellent guidance on how to address the issue with BC Hydro and Building Manager. Was very impressed that Carey followed up with me later in the evening to check power status. Best in class customer service, I highly recommend Ez Electric.
