M	Matt Carew on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is the absolute worst restaurant in Kamloops. Last summer when I had met a friend at match to have dinner I was racially profiled and completely verbally abused by the manager, I knew he was treating me different because of my ethnicity and the way I look (tattoos on my hands and short fade haircut, brown skin) I went to use the washroom and had already paid for my meal and drinks ($70 later even though the food was terrible) Out of every single other person in the restaurant I was the only one he had harassed about showing there covid passport. Even after I had already eaten and paid for my meal and had shown my vaccine card already and had been sitting in the restaurant for about an hour. I watched my friend come back from the washroom and had no problems getting back in, I must have watched a good handful of other people come in and nobody had harassed them to show there passport. He picked me out of a crowd based off the way I look and was completely unprofessional and it was just a disgusting experience. I will never return to this restaurant and I tell every single person I know not to go MATCH (unless you want to be harassed and treated terribly and have terrible food, along with the chance of being racially profiled. All this restaurant ever does to respond to complaints is say “ “We are sorry that you are disappointed but appreciate your feedback. We are committed to providing you with a great experience and hope you give us another chance in the future” This place should be shut down.
C	Chaz Alec on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited over 40 minutes for 2 appetizers only to lose my appetite due to anxiety, others next to me ordered after received there food and were able to finish, while I still waited for my appetizers. Ate at the bar, never again eating at the bar. Made my order before 8pm Now that I don't sit at the bar anymore service has been great. Good food and specials almost everyday. The Managers a good person too

Except for a slightly fishy taste…. ?Vile The bun was slightly burned yet soggy at the same time. The Caesar salad was in the same container so it was nice and warm, wilted and disgusting. The other side order was fries, well the half cup of oily, limp, undercooked potato grossness. Awful food, overpriced and not even edible. Would have sent it back but ordered delivery because of being stuck here with a broken leg. So disappointed! Do not waste your money.

C	Cori and Ched Schultz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frequent Match often when in town, there are many items on the menu that I enjoy, I especially really enjoy the Champagne Green Salad with Cajun Chicken Breast. I visited the location February 23rd to catch up with a friend and we had the most amazing service from our server Brooklyn. Only thing I would recommend is please up your game on the craft beer and seasonal beer selections.
A	Aaron on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought the Turkey Dinner on skip the dishes. If I paid $22 for this and this was brought to my table, I'd have sent it back. Vegetables are barely cooked, turkey is dry, stuffing is worse than stovetop boxed stuffing, and there's no gravy. Worst turkey dinner I've ever had, I may as well just go to Dennys if that's the quality I'm going to get. Been on the road for two weeks and I was excited for a decent meal from a high rated restaurant. Tragically disappointed.

It's ironic that it is located in a Casino because eating here is exactly like gambling. Could be good, could be terrible! After waiting nearly an hour for our food in a very empty restaurant, the food was not only sub-standard, but my Beef Dip was ice cold. After the Cesar salad substitution, the beef dip came out to just over $20. For the price, I would have expected significantly better. The Cesar salad was terrible - who puts balsamic reduction on a Cesar salad?! Fish and chips looked absolutely horrific (was told they were 'OK' but nothing special). The dry ribs looked absolutely pathetic, portion size was terrible for the $13 they cost. They were flavourless and lacked seasoning. Finally, the service was atrocious. The waitress was borderline rude, if not dismissive. We will not be back.
J	Jobin George on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all Thank you for the amazing hospitality. Service for us was great even with the huge crowd present. Nachos were just so amazing that I could not stop eating. Chicken was just ok ok and was quite plain which made me wonder that "anyone could make this". Sweet Chilli chicken was another hit and we loved the pork rinds on it. Sides for Nachos were pretty great too. $5 Burger was just amazing and loved that center piece fried chicken. Chips reminded me of Cassava chips but it was quite harder to eat. Fries weren't great especially when you put that buffallo sauce on it. If I wanted soggy fries, I'd order a normal fries from McDonald's. Dessert was so amazing that we badly wanted more. The combination of cheese cake with ginger snaps sort of base and coconut whipped cream top layer was really tasty. Item wasn't great when you think about the contents vs price but the credit is for the idea of that combination. But as I said before, many items reminded me the question - "Anyone could make this, right?". Tip: If you could ask to lower the volume of the performance person, it could really help your customers to feel more taste on their pallet. Maybe slower and calm songs might make the food more enjoyable for us. Thank you
