★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were traveling from Calgary, Alberta to Surrey. We stopped, ordered food and specified NO PICKLES - ALLERGY TO DILL. Confirmed at the window NO PICKLES, The young lady said yes, NO PICKLES.... We drove away back on to the highway and I took a bite and was quick enough to spit out the DILL PICKLE. I love Triple O's burgers but never again at this location. We could not turn around to go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've had the Peanut Butter Bacon Jalapeno burger here before and it was absolutely fantastic.
What your team just served tonight is the absolute driest hockey puck I've ever seen. I thought I was maybe being overly picky until I removed it from the bun and snapped it like a cookie.
I'm pretty sure it's your chain that has the "Are you proud of it? Should you serve it?" sign that's intentionally visible to customers. There is zero chance that the person assembling this burger "didn't notice" that this patty should have been chucked three or four hours ago when it wasn't used in the lunch rush.
No, I am not driving all the way back up there, but the flip side of that is I'm also not removing this review. It's not like the team forgot jalapenos or there was a mixup with the order. This was so unacceptable it should not have been served to anybody, and I wouldn't have eaten it even if I'd burnt it myself at home (and that's saying alot).
No apology from a manager could convince me that management wasn't already somehow involved in the decision to use what would normally be considered wastage. It was THAT bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed nearby on our way through town and were fortunate to grab a delicious meal. Original burgers with extra Triple O sauce are always great. The garlic parmesan fries were also delicious. The girl working behind the counter was very kind and gave the kids complementary cookies!
