I used to go here a lot but on a few occassions now when I go there after they lock the store, the employees don't authorize the pumps, even though the credit card has gone through and has been approved, because I can see them playing on their phones not paying attention to the customers waiting outside. When it's cold outside and windy , VERY ANNOYING. Well on Oct 3rd this happened and I could see the employee doing nothing but sitting there with their phone, I waited and waited and finally pressed the help button to get their attention. He then authorized the pump and as I started to tell my wife ( in the car ) how mad it makes me that these people just sit there instead of doing their jobs, the SOB turns the pump OFF at $5 worth of fuel because he could hear me through the pump microphone. Yes I was slagging him off, for sure, he's paid to work, push a button when it beeps so people don't sit there freezing while he's/she is playing on their phone. And in case anyone was wondering, the store is closed to inside shopping and we were the ONLY car in the bays. Sadly, this has now happened 3 times to me at this gas station, never anywhere else. I don't understand why THIS gas station needs to have someone turn the pump on from the inside once it's already been authorized ( payment wise ) on the outside. I went to the Petro Canada down the road, tapped my card and was gone in a flash.. Good bye Chevron !
s	smoke skull on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Feeble attempt at customer service. Several times I needed air for my tire and the attendant says they will "flush out the lines". I have been a auto technician for 35 years and never heard that term. I believe its just a code phrase for get lost. Today I went to purchase diesel and the attendant wouldnt authorize my pump as he disappeared somewhere. I had to wait 5 minutes for the pump to be turned on. He authorized the lady beside me and then was gone. I hate that place. Only reason I went there is because there diesel price is low right now. Otherwise if you want to see what bad service is then go there.
w	wjk hjy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saturday March 12th, 11:17pm was going in to purchase snacks. Cashier opened door and asked "what do you want?" In an annoyed tone I told him i was going in to purchase snacks He told me the store was closed and left the store unattended to deal with his personal vechicle issues. He left the store unlocked and unattended. He clearly did not care or want to be there and neither did i after seeing his actions.
