Master Mechanical Plumbing & Heating (1986) Ltd is a 100% privately owned Canadian corporation established in 1968 and has completed over 800 million dollars of mechanical contracts in Alberta, British Columbia, and the Northwest Territories. Over the years, Master Mechanical has diversified into a broad range of mechanical installations, which include high rise buildings, shopping centres, apartments, long term care facilities, hotels, medical, institutional and industrial facilities.
Our offices are located in Edmonton and Calgary with our head office in Edmonton. We currently service Edmonton, Calgary, and interior BC including Radium, Invermere and Kelowna.
Our total service mission means presenting a complete, turnkey process from design to occupancy that is delivered at a high standard, on time, and on budget.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ earlier this week my son had mechanical masters do the installation of the dishwasher he purchased from the brick. The installation was ordered through the Brick and contracted to these folks.
After the installation was completed and they left he noticed some leaking and contracted them to come back and check it out. they refused and said it must have been something he did. The Brick was no help in getting this taken care of either.
We realise this was a small job, but if it wasn't worth your reputation to do it correctly in the first place you should not have taken the job to begin with. I understand that mistakes can be made and quite often take how a business takes care of an issue than the initial problem.
We have two jobs needing done in our house right now and if they. had of resolved the issue would have contacted these folks.
If they won't stand behind a 200 dollar job I would not rely on them to do a big job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shawn Campbell called me in response to my resume. I applied to the company after reading they provide service to commercial and industrial with no mention of residential. I asked Shawn if they do residential as I wasn't particularly interested in doing it and his response was to hang up on me. I called back thinking it was a dropped call and he said "no I'm good" and proceeded to hang up on me again. If they aren't able to provide any professionalism while receiving applicants then thank God I didnt have to deal with them at work. I dodged a bullet by asking questions and not taking this job.
