The office staff (Lana) was very professional, answered all our questions, and called us back promptly when she was unavailable to take our call. The plumber, Don McCrie, provided exceptional and efficient service, beginning with non-invasive measures and proceeding to a full snaking of the drain as this proved necessary. He also fixed a faucet problem efficiently, and all within Protocol's minimum callout time. We could not have been happier with this service.

From the initial phone call, to the completion of the job, I was blown away with their knowledge and customer service. Pricing was on par too! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My basement flooded due to my septic pump failing last spring, Protocol was prompt to get out to my acreage property just outside Sherwood park. They brought all the necessary equipment and replaced my pump quickly. The crew helped get all the furniture off the ground and also had a sump pump to pump the water out of my basement. I was so impressed with how prepared they were. They saved my home from serious damages! After my experience with Protocol I had the team install a Radiant heater in my work shop and it was done in a few hours! So happy with them. I will definitely call them for any future mechanical work.

Everything looks clean cut & has been running smoothly. I recommended them to my parents when they built their shop and they had a great experience too. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Plumber came in the past and could not detect the cause of the leak under the kitchen sink. Instead recommended that I should replace entire tap system which in the end did not solve the issue. A second plumber was dispatched and solved the original problem in fifteen minutes. In the end, I had a huge bill which should have cost a quarter of that amount. When I complained to the owner prior to him sending out the second plumber I felt he was arrogant & slightly confrontational. I had this company do work in my house years ago and at that time I felt they overcharged me as well. In general, tradespeople like these plumbers suffer from self entitlement. Over the years they have taken advantage of the trades shortages in general and now charge customers for to he use of their truck. This is something that never happened in the past. It should be an operating expense built into their hourly rate. In short, I would not recommend this company.
