★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Like many a home handyman, a tap replacement on a hot water tank seemed like an easy enough job. And it was, until the plastic tap broke off at the threads. Called around and received some very high quotes, before finally speaking with Ryan at On Point. They were able to fit me in between app'ts and charged me a fraction of the amount quoted by other companies. Highly recommended!!
Update: Hot water tank eventually gave up the ghost and I had no hesitation calling On Point to have the tank replaced. Working in very tight spacing, completed job was superb. Very friendly service and completed on a weekend without the typical "weekend rates". If you need work done, these are the people to call!

Ryan spent quite a bit of time with our drainage pipe. He definitely made sure the work was done to our satisfaction. Thanks to Ryan and Kate for their work, my Wife and I appreciate it. I highly recommend this company.

Ryan is very professional, knowledgeable and responsive. He always responds quickly anytime we call or message him. The work was all done with great quality and within the specified time. We will be using On Point Plumbing and Gas in the future and would recommend them to others.

Ryan got a hold of me right away and made best efforts to come out to my home sooner than I even expected. Was very knowledgeable and professional, and did a sump pump replacement. From the time he walked in the door to when he left, took no more than about 45 minutes. I was very happy with his service and would absolutely recommend On Point to anyone who needs a reliable and honest plumber.
