After 10 years of competing at the elite level, to say I’ve had my fair share of injuries would be an understatement. Fortunately, I’ve had the opportunity to receive some of the very best care by the top rated healthcare providers in the world. Now, with the knowledge that I’ve gained throughout all these years, I believe I have created a truly unique environment for Winnipegers such as yourself to embrace a healthy lifestyle.

The online booking system is quick & easy. I've seen a few different therapists and they have all been fantastic. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get over an injury or athletes looking to improve performance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an emergency appointment over the weekend after messing up my back and hips to the point I couldn't even walk. Paul was the person who was in, and spent the majority of the appointment over explaining things that were irrelevant for me to know, as a customer, rather than trying to help me alleviate my excruciating pain.
Very disappointed I had to spend my money here to get two exercises only done in over an hour. Went to a chiropractor right after who popped my hips back into place in 5 minutes and made a world of difference in my pain level.
I still am flabbergasted that we only got through two different movements the entire time I was there. He was so insistent in trying to get me to perfect a specific breathing/muscle technique that I was having trouble with that we spent way more time than we should have on that first exercise alone.
Would not recommend at all. I left in the same amount of pain that I went in with. He didn't seem to have much clue as to what he was talking about, and wasn't confident enough to help me when I was trying to move into a different position to do another exercise/movement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been to Massage Athletica twice now. It's easy to get an appointment at convenient times. The first time I went, the therapist was very skilled. The second time, I went because I had locked my back. The massage therapist didn't do a great job at unlocking it, my movement hasn't change much since the massage. He showed me one stretch to help, but aside from that he didn't really explain to me what had happened or how to help get things back on track, and now 6 days later my back is still pretty rough. I would personally recommend Kathleen and will go back to see her again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my first visit and it was a great experience. The office was clean and had a relaxed atmosphere. I saw Dayoung for the massage and she was excellent. She was welcoming and friendly and I appreciated the way she explained what she was doing throughout the massage and regularly asked if the pressure was okay. She also gave me some stretches/exercises to do at home. I would recommend Massage Athletica to all my friends and family.
