About Impact Physiotherapy
At our Winnipeg physiotherapy clinic we work toward the common goal of fast return to the client’s regular activity level, whether walking or sport at any level from recreational to international. We pride ourselves on taking the time to complete a detailed assessment of your injuries and challenges, and provide a comprehensive treatment plan tailored to your needs and goals. Conventional techniques such as massage, acupuncture, heat and ice are initially used to reduce acute pain you are experiencing. In future treatments, therapists will prescribe an individualized exercise program and monitor your progress regularly to ensure proper form and technique as well as improved performance. They will take the time to make sure you are doing your exercises correctly and safely to ensure the most efficient treatment possible on your way to improved health.

Having had excellent results at Impact in the past I decided that getting Laurie's virtual input was worth a shot. It only took a few minutes to sort out little technical glitches. The session itself wasn't much different from seeing her in person. Her caring and healing vibe came through cyberspace! She was able to assess the problem and assign appropriate exercises and stretches. I followed through on her suggestions and within 2 weeks was painfree! What a relief! I highly recommend seeing Laurie, online or face-to-face. She is a caring, knowledgeable professional.
