★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited the clinic for the first time a while ago. The staff is always friendly and very helpful. I have never had to wait for my appointments. My appointments are with Karen Dobbin. She is simply fantastic! With her help, I am now pain-free. She is very knowledgeable, and professional. The physiotherapy clinics need more people like her. Keep up the great work, Karen & team!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was apprehensive after reading some reviews but all the staff were great and Dr. Hammond was attentive and took time to explain the surgery - he definitely makes sure you tried alternatives which I really appreciated. I think some people write horrible reviews because they didn't receive an easy fix or they didn't want to seek alternatives first. Anyway my experience was great. Thank you to the staff and his nurse and receptionist

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They won't let you wear an N95 or a KN95 mask only flimsy blue surgical masks... you'd think a healthcare facility would care about their patients but they are to stubborn to change their rules

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty livid with the service here and if I could give zero stars I would. Back in 2009 I was told I had a harmless sprain from a hockey injury from one of the employees here. After almost 13 years of pain, I found out I have an unhealed fracture. I’m due for surgery next week where I will be missing two months of work. Don’t waste your time here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attended to the Pan AM clinic for an MRI appointment. The staff were friendly and the appointment was punctual. Staff explained the procedure and the exam itself went very smoothly. Ample parking. The only reason I am not giving this location 5* is that in my opinion the building and equipment is looking dated. Maybe time for a refresher?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is very rude to seniors. People were wearing KN95 masks and at the door were advised to put a surgical mask on. The Government of Manitoba and the Health Department accepts the KN95 masks at hospitals. I have called the WHRA DIRECTOR to find out why I had to wear another mask over my KN95 MASK. But the employees only had to wear the surgical mask. SERIOUSLY!!! I can not believe the rude employees at the desk on the second floor at the Pain Clinic. From here on in I will wait outside for my 92 year old dad because of the employees. It is not a nice place. For my back I will ask for the Health Science Center to avoid rude employees.
