Tyler Swerdyliak | Physiotherapist
Academy + Pembina
Tyler graduated from the University of Manitoba with a Bachelor of Kinesiology and a Masters in Physiotherapy. Since then, he has expanded his knowledge and completed level 1 and 2 of the Orthopaedic Division programs. As a result, Tyler has developed a special interest in neck, back, and shoulder pain. He has a passion for health and wellness and takes a holistic approach to physiotherapy through patient education, exercise, and a hands-on techniques.
Tyler enjoys the outdoors, playing sports, coaching hockey, and helping with the family farm. Tyler does more than just help his patients feel better by providing the necessary tools and education to help them manage their own injuries and live a healthier, pain-free life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I saw Kristy Chuckree when she was at Tuxedo Physiotherapy. She is really attentive to your needs and will never rush your appointment. I couldn't get in to see her so I saw another therapist. They are all really great therapists. I would definitely recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my first time to this location as I usually attend Action on Pembina. However I was in need of a massage so the earliest I could get in was at this location.
I had an incredible massage from Sharon. She was very gentle but still applied pressure to work out all the knots and tightness in my body.
Have realized I need to be on a regular regime in order to maintain the health of my body.

Resa Wan, owner and physiotherapist, is absolutely fantastic. She’s by far the best physiotherapist I’ve ever had and I’ve had many! She is thorough, competent and knowledgeable and takes her time to give you a complete treatment plan. You never feel rushed with her and you know that she wants the very best for you. Her staff, in particular, Kris, whom I’ve seen and spoken with many times is a wonderful support to the running of the clinic, returning calls promptly and doing his best to schedule appointments at the times that work for me and caring about the patients. Overall I find the clinic to be a too notch caring facility.
