They were great to deal with, took their time to look at a lot of options on the lot and eventually took my son and I out for a demo. Got us set up on short notice before my wife could track me down and cut off my hands preventing me from signing the papers. Now she's the proud owner of a Wave Monster Supra SL. When we first met Gavin, he gave us advice how to sell our old boat and lift, and then we walked into the showroom... true love happened with the 2021 South Bay pontoon boat! Gavin and Justin attended to all our details with knowledge, friendliness and timely responses, and Gavin even made a personal visit to our cabin location to help demo some boat features! We absolutely love our new boat and feel so pleased with the entire customer service experience from purchase to pick up!

Due to supply issues, our boat was late in being produced but Tyler went to work and was able to find a boat for us to use in the interm.
