★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found an extra item on my bill which I didn't buy - an $89 pair of hiking shoes. When I went back to the store they were able to check the video camera, which confirmed their mistake, and they gave me approximately $10 off my original purchase (20%). It still felt pretty crummy to feel like they might accuse me of trying to rip them off, and I'm pretty sure I got a funny look from the first cashier I spoke to, who probably expected me to be a problem. (+1 star for the added discount, but it was still a bad experience).

Although stock is low in some items right now due to the floods in BC, they helped me get the items I needed by either ordering them in or finding what I needed in the store. They have a good stock of long and short sleeved t-shirts as well as jeans, sock and other items for Christmas.

I was shopping at the Broadmead store..looking for a particular men's top that was on sale..unfortunately this item was not in stock..But because of a very friendly staff member, Eric, who said that it was possible to order through the store.. he looked up the style and ordered my size and color.. and bonus it will be delivered to my home address! How's that for great service. I typically shop at Mark's because I like their styles and selection, their prices are already reasonable and are often on sale, and the staff are helpful.
