Great place for your work wear, been going here for years and recommend going when things are on sale! Super deals on Boxing Day and even throughout the year just watch for the flyers

The staff is so disinterested in making sales. Ignore customers, leave the floor, tell me they don't carry a hat which is on the shelf, 0 effort to find sizes in jeansfor customers. I came in for a 40% off sale on levis. Wish it was just this store but I went to KGblvd, Guilford and Scott rd and had the same experience at all 3.

Disgusting store. Visited early afternoon March 30/22. We were looking to purchase a number of items. Store was practically empty except for tons of employees. NO ONE ACKNOWLEDGED OUR PRESENCE nor once offered to assist. Even as we walked around the Women's section obviously searching for clothing. The staff were having a wonderful time chatting and joking in the aisles oblivious apparently to our presence.......

Helpful staff good range of products. From beginner to pro. Staff will give advice without trying to up sale you to much. If your just starting and on a budget they recommend what you need over what you want. For that reason I say thank you.

horrible experience with this store. I will share just so other people don't go through all this and avoid dealing with this store, I asked an employee if a type of shoe was waterproof and she told me YES 100% IT IS, and I made sure that I explained what kind of a job I have and I strictly needed a water proof shoes, but the next day I went to work on my first half hour I HAD TO LEAVE WORK WITH NO PAY AND A WARRING FROM MY MANAGER because my feet were soaking wet and my managers had already warned every employee for the importance of this issue, so I almost lost my job, however I called the store right away and asked for the same person I believe her name is Abby ??? not surprised as a lot of negative reviews here about her, and I couldn't believe she's the STORE MANAGER, what a shame when a manager doesn't know what products is selling the big problem is that she doesn't have any respect for any one as she left me on hold for 20 minutes and then they told me she's busy, and after waiting she told me TO DO MY OWN RESEACRCH BEFORE BUYING ANYTHING, I told her she can keep my money and I spent it to buy this experience. but what a shame on a head manager or the owner for hiring such a awful person for a manager position, also the employee I was talking to complained abound their manager saying she does not treat them fairly and disrespect them all the time I will show this review to all my co-workers and managers so I don't lose my job and other people to use this as example before entering this store

I give this marks a five star, this is the best experience I have had going to this location. The customer service was very nice and kind, the lady was very helpful and accommodating. She helped me find the perfect shirts for my kids and she told me about all the deals they have going on. I believe her name was Rakil she was very helpful and kind 10/10 service I will definitely come back ?

Great selection for seasonal clothing and very organized store in general. You'll get exceptional customer service at this location. Fatin was very helpful and friendly where she was able to quickly locate all the items we were looking for in the store. She even provided us with detailed information on the different brands and answered all our questions.

I would give them a 4 or 5 star on the products and price but a 1 or 2 star on their customers service. Marks products is always nice especially when they are on sale. But shoes sizes are often placed in the wrong boxes and clothing size with their hanger size often don't match... This is most likely due to the year end sales. But.. even when the item was not a sale item getting it exchange will be a huge pain because 1) there's often only 1 person at the cashier so the wait time is quite long 2) the employees there will complain for a long time before allowing an exchange.
