They shouldn't let her be there. She doesn't know how to do a CUSTOMER service. AT ALL! And fixed your attitude. I wouldn't recommend this store.

I went there to send money and instead of getting any help I was treated impolitely by a loud and obnoxious owner, I presume. First, I said I want to send money door to door. She asked if it is a package or money transfer. I honestly thought that did not make sense. Then she asked which one. I answered whichever sends money door to door. Then I got an earful of explanations that did not need to happen. But then I heard that from her later in the conversation that there is only one that sends money door to door. Then she had to ask, "why isn't there anyone else who can pick it up?". I said 'no', he is old. She then asked me to confirm the phone number and I said that it will be on what is on the record. Then she argued at the top of her voice that we can't send money if you don't have a phone number on hand. Been there many times, I was never asked to confirm it. Lastly, not sure why would she asked me which of the two locations (for drop off) she mentioned will be near the home where my parent lives. I answered that I am not familiar with one of the places she mentioned. But is that my "responsibility"? Last time I lived there was 25 years ago and visited once. Anyway, I hope that you will still someday learn how to show respect to everyone around you. You can actually learn from the young blond girl that speaks Tagalog how to be one.

" dala ka ng statement mo kahit ubusin mo pa Millions mo walang problema". I came back the next day, dala ng statement..I was sending more than 5k canadian dollars, I thought its ok na coz i Have my bank statement then she told me oh where did you get your cash, does it reflect here in your bank statement. does it show here...blah blah blah Ok bank statement are needed for proof that money came from legit reasons..but the way they deal with customers..or maybe to me only..was unacceptable.!!! does it show here...blah blah blah i have more stories to tell but Id rather not and go straight to better business bureau. i am not laundering any money. I am sending money to help a family. thought: their fee is 11 dollars to send to Metro manila, etc if you go to MANILA EXPRESS in TNT , their fee is 12 dollars without any hassle. I sent more than 5k without any questions in Manila Express. very bad customer service..I cant forget that old saleslady face..very very rude!!!!!!
