★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Girl who worked there was lovely didn't have to wait at all for our ice cream. However we made the mistake of ordering cones for our walk home, and we lost over half of the overpriced ice cream as the cones had gaping holes in the bottoms. I have worked at a dairy Queen before and been the one to make the waffle cones it is not a hard thing to make sure the bottom of the cone is closed, in fact it's a pretty important step.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the managers were very rude and disrespectful the place seemed shady and was very understaffed. the poor girl working at the till was very niced but she seemed very stressed and rushed, the place was a money grab for the amount of mixins and ice cream given to the price of the actual prouduct, save your money and order somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stopped in the Fort Sask location to purchase the Chocolate Candy Cane Crumble the week before Christmas. It was not available, but my name and number was taken and a follow up was made. A Chocolate Candy Cane Crumble was revised, it was still totally delicious!!! Such a kind offer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad staff at Fort Saskatchewan location!! Lady there looked like she wanted to be anywhere else and did a lazy job preparing my son's cone. The ice cream was melting the whole time on the slab and she just scooped the puddle into the cone. For the premium price you pay I would expect better service. Avoid this location.
