★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dealt with an older man here, he let his nose slip out of his mask and seemed to have little care/understanding of the measures needed to take in consideration of covid. Insisted that my license would arrive within 10 business days which I tried to discuss with him as I have changed my address several times and been told consistently to wait 3 weeks. It's been 10 days so I don't know what he was on about.
The front is set up alright, the placement stickers don't seem to be 2 ft apart but not the worst you see around. You definitely aren't socially distanced enough from the security guy working the front door though which doesn't make sense as he is interacting with the most people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hav always had a good experience with MPI except once at the King street office. But I reported the person to the highest person I could go to. But my car was fixed satisfactorily.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went today and the lady at till #3 was rude. She didn't even give proper instructions and she was not POLITE at all. This is the very first time I encountered her at this branch. I regularly come here to do all my MPI business because they are all polite (except for that lady). I Will go to a different branch and see if they can help me instead.
