CIBC Branch with ATM - Winnipeg

Good for a quick stop for cash. Not usually a line up for the ATM'S.

The service is very very horrible they don't listen when you try to explain things to them Instead they threaten to call security on you and they can't keep their stories straight and they know nothing.

This is a great CIBC location in downtown. The lineup was not long and the staff was very polite. They really do know how to treat customers well!

The worst service ever! Untrue info and long lines with staff interested in anything other then customer service ! Avoid this branch

I just opened an account there, one of the staff was so helpful, friendly and careful. He was down to earth and polite. His name is Barth or something like that I guess. Highly recommend it

The most user unfriendly CIBC in the City of Winnipeg. Customer care in this place is appalling, to say the absolute least. The manager, or whatever he thinks he is, is a joke. I go to Grant Park CIBC to do my business. They know how to treat their customers like people here.

The worst representative I've ever met named Nanki. It was my first time visiting the CIBC branch to open a bank account there. It was disgusting experience overall. I had simple questions and the rep named Nanki was not friendly or welcoming at all from the beginning, not only did she show a very rude attitude and wouldn't even listen to me or even let me finish. When I asked her to pause and listen to me first, she refused and went on and on and she raised her voice and shouted at me. Her being rude and unprofessional made me feel very frustrated and like as if I was arguing with a little kid. She even questioned about my hearing ability in a sarcastic manner even though it was herself to ask that question especially with that horrible listening skills and very strong accent which I could barely understood. I asked her if there's anyone else I can talk to, I just have simple questions, she said someone will come and had me stand there until no one came but I managed myself to ask some advisor walking there. I was helped with opening accounts, but it was only after I got so frustrated and upset by her. Maybe that's how this branch doesn't care too much about the customer service or monitor their representatives or maybe it's just her own personality, or she is selectively nice and polite to customers she likes to only. None of them can be an excuse for that bad attitude nonetheless though and she better keep in mind that she does 'Represent' the bank. So she did an awful job to make the new customer's experience horrible and negative in that way that it made me write a review on here hoping this helps you improve and train your representatives to provide better service, 'do not ever treat your customers(people) that way'.
