Seriously, the clerks need to be more familiar with their profession. It took me twice to print my bank activity, and the second time charge from my saving account directly. Don't humiliate the name of one of the largest bank in Canada.

charging $10 overdrawn handling fees for no reason. charging $12.50 fees to adjust payment schedules on preauthorized debit transactions. charging $13.95 a month to use your bank. charging $1 for sending etransfers. charge charge charge charge charge. rude tellers, even rider customer service representatives on the phone. I highly suggest taking your banking elsewhere. they sneak charges into your account and hope you don’t notice. I’ll be closing all of my accounts with scotiabank first thing tomorrow morning and I suggest you do the same. check your bank statements people! they charge you extra fees without telling you and hope you don’t notice!!!

Had an appointment recently with Irina, a financial advisor at this branch, and she was the nicest person. She even helped my parents set up an online banking account. Thank you lrina.

Very good bank and nice tellers, the advisers have some thick accents that makes it kinda hard to understand, but very good and helpful bank

Worst banking experience ever. The customer service has no clue at all about the services they provide and the terms associated with those services. You basically need to walk them through everything. You can get a "personalized" bonus offer from Scotiabank as a Valued Client as your account is in a good standing, and the customer service rep will later tell you you are not eligible because you are an existing client. All this just makes you want to close all your accounts with Scotia and never ever deal with them again.

I’m absolutely sick and tired of Scotiabank holding my rent money while my family has to borrow money from their bank to pay my rent, I never deposit a personal cheque but they still hold my money, I’m thinking of leaving, I’ve never truly been happy with the service

I've been locked out of my account because of some lousey update done by Scotia on the first of the month, it's not like people have bills or rent to pay on the 1st of the month. I'm going through and giving every Scotia in Winnipeg a 1 star until someone from Scotia contacts me to make this right.
