★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am never doing business with this company again. Their return policy is ridiculous. My husband bought me a necklace for Christmas but he purchased on Dec. 4 so when we took it back they wouldn’t give us a credit as it was past 7 days. My husband said but she didn’t get it until the 25th, was told that’s our policy you only can only get a store credit. So we will spent our store credit then nothing more. What is really maddening is that we have spent hundreds on pandora jewelery but we will now go elsewhere.

I was even more impressed with how quickly I recieved my shipped items! They arrived in perfect condition, well packaged and within days of payment.
Definitely an enjoyable experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sales staff here are appallingly rude, snobby and with poor attitudes. I don’t think my mum and me have experienced such poor customer service, it really put me off going in again and that was our first time in the shop, which does have some beautiful items. Such a shame
I would highly recommend to the owner that Kathy in particular, has her customer service training reviewed promptly, losing customers isn’t good for business especially in today’s climate.
