The batteries are by far the least expensive I've found in the city and from my experience are just as good quality as the ones for double the price. They usually give me several options for batteries and how much more it will cost. Very knowledgeable staff who don't try to upsell you and give you matter of fact pros and cons of type of battery (in my case it was li-ion vs agm). I recommend them to anyone that is looking for a power sports battery whenever it comes up in conversation.

- In person they are great
- Ask anything they don't know. Do not expect a call or email back. Been several weeks without any answers as to whether they have a flame retardant battery available... It isn't a difficult question.
Words of wisdom to this branch. If you actually want business, maybe call back people who ask legitimate questions and you may earn a customer!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hope they can resolved my warranty issue. Just bought it last Aug. 26, 2020. And they need some investigating first, if it's users or batteries fault. Just hoping for the best... just thankful nothing happens to my ebike and our garage....
Sadly they didn't replaced it, even though they said that I can use it. They just gave me discount if I am going to buy another set of batteries again. :-)
