★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I find it hard to believe that someone could have a bad experience with this company! Have been using them for years! They do all of our engraving and vinyl decals! They always send proofs for you to go over and approve! If a mistake was ever made on their part, they are the first ones to do everything to make it right! They are always professional and friendly. Have referred many people to them and everyone has said nothing but good things about their experience with them! I am sorry that you had a bad experience with them, but we will continue to use Pro-Touch for many more years to come!

The new receptionist Merrissa quoted me a higher cost for the same work I had done previously through a different company. When I had asked her to transfer me to the person I dealt with previously through the years, she replied as if I should had known they were no longer there. When I asked about a discounted price as per previous orders she refused to give me one, but had no issue giving me a more expensive price at the start. The original quote I received never included a set up charge either. Not sure if she had full intentions of sneaking that onto my invoice in the end if I were to proceed with the new increased price or not. She seems very incompetent and finicky with pricing. It's really a shame I had this experience as the results of their work has always been phenomenal.
