lots of automotive parts and staff have fair knowledge. shipping items in is still expensive and not sure if you will get a follow up or a call back.

Absolutely horrible experience I needed new part for my car for 2 years just couldn't afford it and then I finally do and turns out that wasn't the issue so I come back with a brand new part and they won't take a return now I'm out $150 and probably even longer to fix my car to save up for a different part by far the most unprofessional business I have seen in awhile any big name companies out there will always take the returns to make the customer happy especially if the part is BRAND NEW

I normally get all my parts from here, this place used to be quick and easy, parts came fast, and were a decent price, which was always nice because I have a deadline for repairs, but my most recent time here was terrible. I needed 4 new shocks, front and rear. Went in and spent a bit figuring out which I needed, only to find out you now need to pay before hand. I forgot my wallet at home, didn't think it was an issue, because that was never the case before, I'd just go in, ask for parts, and come back a few days later, and pay, that way I didn't need to carry around the receipt and I could order it a few days before payday. Well, I ended up going back friday, paid for the parts, and waited. Well, rear shocks came in Monday, and there was no issue there, but my front ones came in over a week later despite them saying it would only be 4 days. No big deal, shipping times are just an estimates, except I had to call them to even find out my parts were even in. Not only is the new policy a huge deterrent for me, but the fact I had to call in to ask if my part was there is really bad. Rather order online in the future. On the positive however, most of the staff are usually friendly, and the parts aren't terrible for their price.

The guys at Napa must take a hundred and fifty calls a day and every time I have called they have been helpful, attentive and understanding. They are working every day to keep the rest of us productive. Thank you for the assistance yesterday.

Asked a female staff member if they had battery blankets available. Her response was" We must as I have one here behind the counter but you have to wait in line. Waited 15 minutes in line. Asked the old large white hair male at the counter for a battery blankets. His response was "We dont do those here" The other male at the counter overheard and said the did sell them so he served us instead. He went away then came back and said they had none. I said that the female staff member stated they had some. He went and checked again and came back with a truck battery warmer. As they did not have what we needed and the overall service was poor we left. We will never go back!

Great service from the staff at this location. Parts counter staff went over and above and came outside, crawled under the truck to help troubleshoot a problem. Highly recommended place for parts and over the top (or should I say over the counter) service!

The manager's name is Tyler that he interviewed me this morning, and he gave me a good discount on my brake light bulb. He is a kind person to me.
