Le service à la clientèle ne répond jamais.
Bad service, never again will I buy from Hart, a chair ordered online, 4 available in stock. I call a week later to pick up and I am told she is not available. Frankly, it's been a month and I haven't received anything.
Customer service never responds.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très mauvais service après vente . Very bad customer service, i order 4 blinds, i only received 3. On the 3 i received, 2 where damaged. I try to call them or to email them, no one is answering. They are very scare to speak with online customer. Avoid Hart Store online at all cost.
