★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très mauvais service en général. Les forfaits ne sont pas bien expliqués. Les employés sont mal formés. J'ai dû communiquer directement avec Vidéotron pour avoir mon téléphone. La proposé refusait de me donner un forfait qui était disponible en commandant directement sur le site Web. Finalement j'ai eu le forfait et ils ont expédié le téléphone. Cependant, Fedex n'a jamais sonné à la porte de l'édifice ou j'habite pour me dire qu'il était arrivé. J'ai appris par leur site Web qu'ils étaient passés. C'est probablement la dernière fois que je fais affaire avec Vidéotron et Fedex, si j'ai le choix du transporteur.
Very poor service in general. The packages are not well explained. Employees are poorly trained. I had to contact Videotron directly to get my phone. The proposed refused to give me a package which was available by ordering directly from the website. Eventually I got the package and they shipped the phone. However, Fedex never rang the doorbell of the building where I live to tell me that it had arrived. I learned from their website that they had passed. This is probably the last time I do business with Videotron and Fedex, if I have the choice of carrier.
