★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pire service jamais reçu. Ont effacé par erreur 2 cartes Sim.. 5 jours nous avons toujours aucun téléphone fonctionnel. Aucune Ligne 911 fonctionnelle sur le nouveau téléphone. Perdu notre temps et appelé 10 fois au service client par téléphone chaque jour promette que ce sera réglé bientôt, personne ne règle le problème je n'ai jamais vu pire service nul part de toute ma vie. FAITES ATTENTION vous serez pris dans une vrille sans fin !!! Malheureusement Vidéotron perd de plus en plus sa crédibilité et son bon service. Nous sommes 2 non client tant pis
 Worst service ever. Have mistakenly deleted 2 sim cards .. 5 days we still have no working phone. No functional 911 line on the new phone. Lost our time and called customer service 10 times by phone every day promises it will be fixed soon, no one is fixing the problem I have never seen worse service anywhere in my life. BE CAREFUL you will be caught in an endless spin !!! Unfortunately Videotron is losing more and more its credibility and its good service. We are 2 non-customers too bad

Le personnel est à l'écoute et leur seule préoccupation est de trouver une solution à toute problématique de façon raisonnable et rapide. Désormais, ma fidélité comme cliente est acquise.
Customer service surpassing the expectations and standards set in other Videotron stores. The staff are attentive and their only concern is to find a solution to any problem in a reasonable and rapid manner. From now on, my loyalty as a customer is acquired.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très bon service, courtois, a pris le temps de m'expliquer les documents que je devais signer pour mon l'activation de mon nouveau cellulaire et m'a proposé le IPhone 11 qui était à rabais pour le Black Friday. Et contrairement à d'autres boutiques pas très loin, je n'ai pas eu l'impression de les déranger.
Very good service, courteous, took the time to explain the documents I had to sign for my activation of my new cell phone and offered me the iPhone 11 which was at a discount for Black Friday. And unlike other shops nearby, I didn't feel like I disturbed them.
