★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Après 15 ans avec Bell, le service à la clientèle que j’ai eu aujourd’hui m’a poussé à m’en aller chez Vidéotron. Aucun autre client que moi, je suis là, je veux un nouveau cell, j’ai des questions, je veux des réponses... sérieusement les deux commis n’avaient rien a foutre de moi ou de me vendre quoi que se soit. Je vais faire affaire avec une compagnie qui veux mon argent.. lol.
 After 15 years with Bell, the customer service I have had today has prompted me to go to Videotron. No other customer but me, I'm here, I want a new cell, I have questions, I want answers ... seriously the two clerks had nothing to do with me or sell me anything. I'm going to do business with a company that wants my money .. lol.

Excellent service from Camille, it's been two or three times that I've dealt with this young woman, Her service is impeccable, she knows her product very well, it feels good to see such a dedicated employee!

Worst company! Never ever sign any contract with thiscompany!
