★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the one in the Bay in Richmond mall and they were very helpful! Arika helped and she was great! I am pretty lost when it comes to makeup and she helped me find the right colours and brushes etc. Great experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This USED to be a good store, however since getting new management, my experience each time I have gone there in the last year has been terrible. The new store manager, whos name starts with a D, is very unprofessional and a total tyrant. I've witnessed her getting into it with her employees on the floor over a $17 lipstick sale, practically stealing sales. I believe she is racist as well. I feel bad for everyone who has to work with her, she is unbearable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't bother coming, you'll have a better experience at Sephora. My friend and I came in and wanted some assistance from the staff. We waited for the sales associate to finish helping the other customer, but then another customer just came up to her and started asking question. The sales associate just completely forgot about us and we waited next to the sales associate for a while, waiting for her to finish, but after around 5 minutes, we got fed up and left. Go to Sephora, the sales associates there would actually help.
