As long as you stay with them you get good customer service but the moment you find a better prices elsewhere they don't want to let you leave. The agent wouldn't tell me exactly how much it would cost to cancel my contract until he processed it. He said it should be about a months billing. Turns out I got a letter in the mail asking for 3 times what my month would have cost. I won't be recommending them.
