I'm writing this review because I find it rare that you can combine all of those things together in a company and the products they sell. I purchased a set of wheels for my car and had some questions that I emailed them via their website before purchase. They not only answered in a timely fashion but they gave me additional information and tips that I didn't ask for that further helped to cement my decision on wheel choice. Great job folks. I'll be ordering another set of wheels for winter use this season as a result.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a road hazard with my car (hit a heavy object on the road) and two of my mags were damaged. The tire seller was not able to provide me with the exact details of the mags I purchased from him; however, Fastco was able to trace back the purchase from the tire seller and gave me the exact specs of the new mags I have to order in less than 10 minutes. This is what I call excellent customer care.

Within the automotive market, it is often difficult to receive any sort of response when inquiring with vendors. For this reason, Fastco representative Bradley stands out as truly customer service driven because he not only responds to inquiries, but he is helpful, attentive, and demonstrates his knowledge about their products and industry preferences.
During my most recent interaction, Brad was able to listen to my needs and provide options to meet them. From there, he ensured the purchase went very smoothly and efficiently so I am able to receive my product quickly. I really like the Fast Wheels lineup and have two sets of wheels myself, and I will continue to support the Fast brand based on the quality of products and customer service.
Highly recommend Fastco for anyone looking for wheels!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely atrocious customer service. I am just appalled by my experience with this company. I enquired about a custom application (3 lug bolt pattern for smart car) and the customer service agent just keeps telling me it is impossible. I even asked to buy the wheel blanks to have them machined to the bolt pattern I need myself. They still said it is “impossible”, when I know for a fact that it is possible. I asked to speak to someone with more technical knowledge multiple times and was refused that as well. I tried supporting a Canadian company that refuses my business ??♂️ Thanks for wasting my time!
