I moved and went in to update my address the lady who did it obviously had no idea what she was doing as she charged me to update my address and then after waiting 2 weeks for the new card in the mail it showed up with my old address on it. So I called got another lady to send me another copy with my new address the lady said I should never of been charged but I was and was never refunded she just blew it off. Then I purchased a truck I put a package policy on it which in pretty sure the manager did for me. And I was never told that if I sold the truck I would be charged for not needing the policy they are still making me pay it out after the vehicle itwas on was sold. This is the worst place to get your insurance u recommend if you need insurance or a policy to go anywhere but here. I now travel to a different town just so I dont have to go in there to deal with them. Save yourself the money and trouble and go else where !
