Anyone, can book an appointment for a viewing, but people receiving any kind of government assistance, HAVE to fill out another DIFFERENT FROM, just to be allowed through the door.
Complainants were filed to: Alberta Ombudsman
- Tenant Review board - Human Right Review board, and forwarded to different news outlets, and has been posted to reddit.
Open discriminatory. The kind of a behaviour you could expect from a poorly rated management company. They're solution is penalize anyone with extraordinary health or life circumstances.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a safe place to live, especially basement suites. I am a current resident and am a university student and constantly am woken up during the night by people knocking on my windows or yelling from the parking lot to residents inside through windows.
Shady activity happens in and around the building which you wouldn’t experience until moving in. Had plumbing issues not even one month into moving in and now I’m beginning to find pests. It has only been less than 4 months.
Unit itself is renovated and clean but common areas smell.
Rent is far too expensive to be living in these conditions.
