★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented this place while my daughter was doing some medical appointments at Royal Alexandra Hospital. Don't be fooled by the photos! Couches were dirty and legs were busted off them. We could not sit on because they would have collapsed. Bedroom closet doors were falling off. We arrived in the evening on a hot day, it was horribly hot and unbearable to sleep. Parking man gate did not work. I was given several codes but none worked. We were given little to no response when I contacted them about the issues. Don't waste your money unless your desperate. Rustic is a nice word.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Things were going well while I was moving out, great communication and all. Now that I’m out, it’s been a month and no one has contacted me to finalize anything. I asked for my statements as utility bills have been given to us months late and I was not provided any information on the walk through. I’ve cleaned that unit top to bottom so now I’m worried they’re going to screw me over since it’s been a month of silence on their end. I’ve tried contacting 3 of their staff for any info on my damage deposit and walk through, pure silence from them. I’m hoping this will grab their attn so I can see what I owe and get my dd back. I moved away for the season and was even contemplating on on coming back here (they were aware) since their prices are lower, this is making me second guess it all. I just want to finalize things, shouldn’t be this hard!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Landlord or property representatives are incredibly unprofessional, had Anson scream at me and swear over the phone for simply letting him know the urgency required for me to move into the unit ( They were not replying for multiple days therefore not taking me seriously ) I had asked if there was anyone else I could talk to, that’s how bad the response time was. Anyways as much as I wanted to move into this unit and the time I had already wasted settling for it I must move on simply due to POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Hope no one else goes through this and I hope they never yell at a future/potential tenant like that again.
