We are very happy with the results of our install of every window and door in our home. The Lux crew were very professional and easy to get along with. They were also very clean, respectful and clearly experienced in all they do. I'd recommend Lux to anyone looking to replace their home windows.

Exceptional build quality and very professional installation.
Their Customer service aiming to satisfy customers throughout the customer lifecycle and after sales support focused on helping customers resolve technical problems is awesome.
I would recommend Lux Windows to anyone that is planning to upgrade their windows.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was our second experience with Lux, in a different home. Our salesperson, Suzanne, was awesome! She had to work with our condo board.
There were many, many emails between them, as the board had a lot of questions that Suzanne and the team answered to the board's satisfaction. The installation went well. We were told it could get dusty - it got really dusty! We are pleased with our new windows and sliding patio door ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most professional contractors that have been to our house. You forget what real customer service is like but Lux was a great reminder. They did everything they said they were going to do. The installers showed up when they said, the work was done to perfection. From the the very first contact in getting quote, all the way to the installers walking us through everything they did when they were finished, it was flawless. I have never had to use a window installer for our house before, but I can't see how any other company could do a better job and offer better service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Holy smokes. We thought that purchasing our new exterior doors would be a pain. Between the calls to other companies and obvious disinterested answers/quotes, we became rather frustrated by the whole ordeal.
Then I spoke with Blair...after a couple of quick questions he nailed down exactly what we were after. We had a quote emailed to us next day and exact scope of work detailed to the most finite line item. Seriously, he gave us when the guys would have a coffee break.
On the day of installation, the crew was on time, called before they arrived, and also were polite and understanding of our autistic son. He tries to help and did a great job. The guys left absolutely no mess. Truthfully, I think they took more debris than they made.
Fast forward a couple of weeks and we noticed that the one door had a tiny bit of daylight around the opening edge... one call to lux and THE NEXT DAY a very courteous and professional gentleman named Wayne was here. He gave us a heads up call and was in/ out around 15 minutes...Possibly 20...
The whole experience is leaving my wife and I in a sort of state of shock. We have not had this level of customer service or attention to detail for any of our major purchases. It's hard to believe that in today's world of cutthroat and nasty practices that a company has this proclivity to be the best.
In my own opinion, lux windows is the gold standard of customer service. Other companies, not just doors/windows, should follow their process/ business practices.
TL/DR- absolutely awesome company, excellent service and workmanship. Gold standard of how things should be.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just had a picture window replaced in our master bedroom after the previous window was installed incorrectly by another vendor (I won't name names but they are one of the larger window installation companies in Alberta). The Lux crew were extremely professional and knowledgeable and we are very happy with the quality of our greatly improved custom windows.

We chose Lux Windows to replace our 28 year old double pane windows and doors with triple glazed and the first thing we noticed was how much outside noise was reduced in the house! We managed to match our existing trim color so the new window frames have more color(not the all white you see on many replacement window installs) which vastly improved the whole look of the house exterior. Jeremy and his installation crew are experts at getting the new windows in with minimal impact on our family. The crew arrived on time and every night left a clean job site behind. The attention to detail and exceptional craftsmanship exhibited by the crew during the install was second to none. We highly recommend Lux for windows and doors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jeremy and the crew were great to work with. Very professional and skilled in their trade. They took the time to answer all questions and they did things right. No short cuts etc just solid high quality workmanship and pride shows in what they do.
The finished product is absolutely amazing, my wife and I couldn't be happier. To me this was a large job scope as well consisting of a couple small windows, a massive 2-story window, and numerous other medium to large windows totalling x10, patio door and larger entry door. Jeremy and the guys completed everything smoothly with a few minor repairs done before proceeding, again to ensure everything was sound, solid and done correctly. Great installation crew and a great product.
