Don’t bother with these guys they have to much business, help out the other companies in town.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our review is NOT about the quality of work, Ideal does really great work and maintains good craftsmanship for a reasonable cost. Covid delayed our siding and windows by about 5 months, understandable and we love how they all turned out. The main issue we had was the lack of professionalism and communication, during this entire process. The owner was quite reactive at times, opinionated, judgemental and would make several personal/inappropriate comments about our home/Reno’s during the 2 weeks spent on our property. He said our new trim was “cheap”, after we invested much time painting it cutting it and custom fitting it (it was quite expensive actually). Never bothered to consult us for certain things, would just do them on “his terms”. Very direct (borderline rude) at times when asking for clarity for anything during this process, felt like walking on eggshells. Again very little communication throughout. BUT Overall, we do recommend this company for the great quality of work.
