★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the best experience with Cyn the store owner. She was super nice helpful and easy to talk too about what I wanted in a dress. She did not push me into trying something on that was out of my budget or not my style. She helped me find the perfect dress. The best thing was Lustre Bridal was my first and final stop. I found my dream dress. I thought I would have to go to many bridal shops but Lustre was the best one to go to. The selection she has is amazing lots of different wedding dresses and graduation dresses for everyone style. I am sure happy with the service I got and would 110% recommend going to Lustre the moment you walk in the door Cyn is greeting you with friendly and positive attitude there was no judgment at Lustre (I know how some other bridal shops can be judgment with the people that walk in the door)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The number one thing I have to start with is that this is a shop run by real people for real people. The experience of having the dress pick the bride was magical. My daughter twirled, shook, danced and bawled. The dress checked all the boxes. I felt like my daughter was in the movie clip when Cinderella was ready for the ball. She is going to get her "Wow" moment, and Dad will cry. There was no pressure to purchase on the spot. A little heads up, 2022 will have tons of weddings. Probably more than any other year in modern history. Book your appointment soon. The supply chain is affected, just like every other industry. Have a wonderful wedding or grad!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Weird but some one recommended this store's tailor to fix a peacoat that I bought that was too big for me. They tailored it and now it fits way better. Yay!
Also, they had so many cute grad dresses and stuff there. Wish I could graduate again so I could wear one of those dresses...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was the very first place I had ever gone shopping for my grad dress. At first the lady working was welcoming and next thing you know all she’s talking about is how terrible her customers treat her products and how they never listen to her. Talking about how that money comes out of her salary when dresses are wrecked and constantly nagging. This isn’t the worst thing to happen to me there.
My friend whom was slightly overweight with me wanted to try on as well and the lady was mostly fixated on how my friend was going to have to order alot longer ahead of time to get her size in.
As I’m trying on dresses I found one I liked and felt rushed to take it off. Then I go onto the second dress and right before I have it pulled up all the way the lady comes over and opens the curtain without checking first, so I’m standing there shocked a little and then turn so she can help do it up. This dress was slightly too small for me so I was saying I would just look in the mirror to see how it looks and she stops me before I can leave the stall saying “this is not your dress…. I’m not being rude just honest with you”. Well if I’m gonna be honest I don't think I’ve ever had worse service than I did at lustre.

My family went to this store because my cousin and her friend's grad was this year, so they were looking for a dress.
The employee helping us was dismissive and spoke sharply. We didn't mind it and even thought maybe she was joking.
My cousin found a dress that was one of the top choices, so we left and decided to come back later.
When we were in the car though, our cousin and her friend told us what that woman said to her. She made comments about their bodies and shamed them.
Even though that dress was one of our top choices, we decided we weren't going to go back.
Unless you want yourself or your children shamed for something they can't control, then don't go to this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sin helped me find my perfect gown. I had gone through 6 boutiques, trying on dozens of dresses before landing into her doors. She sat us down with a book of her inventory before quickly realizing I needed a little more direction. The dress I ended up with was her first suggestion. She knows her product, values your opinion,while also making the whole experience so personal and lovely. She made the 30 minute walk in visit into such a memorable experience in finding my wedding gown.
Sin! I can't thank you enough for all the help and sweet demeaner you had to make sure I was leaving with a dress I love.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very disappointing experience at this store with my two teen girls looking for prom dresses. As we browsed the shop for dresses the lady working was quite pushy and had alot of attitude. Once the girls had some dresses to try on the woman continued to be pushy and was a bit rough with the girls while pulling and tucking things on the dress. After we left the store the girls told me this woman had body shamed each one of them in the change room when she was alone with them. This was very upsetting for the girls. To the woman working - I did not catch your name, however I hope as someone working with impressionable teens you read this. Shame on you for the way you spoke to these girls in private. Despite finding a beautiful dress there we did not return due to the behavior experienced. I do not recommend shopping in this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dress shopping is my least favourite thing to do. I had some rough experiences in the past, but Lustre was a different experience. I felt listened to and explain what I was looking for. The people who work there know their stuff and it shows. She was able to pick different dresses based on what I said I liked, the feel I was going through, and just what I liked. Thanks for the good experience!
