★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had some issues with one of my align legging decided to bring it in store, has the worst experience I’ve had EVER! I was served by a man that was probably new so this girl came to help. Explain to her the situation that the stitching was coming off and that it made a hole and I would like to see if we could return it very nicely and then she quickly ask me how I would wash them, my answer was in the washing machine on delicate and air dry. She precise to accuse me that Ive been put it in the dryer and could smell of the dryer sheets. I was so embarrassed and insulted of this accusation.If the damage didn’t fit the quality control ok fine but I expect a excellent customer service with the amount of money spend it this store yearly!
She ended up telling the new guy to change it for me, I could see how uncomfortable he was, I initially came to buy other thing but left right away angry and annoyed but that not all… As I get to the door and they haven’t took out the alarm sensor omg overall it’s was terrible. I will definitely bring my money elsewhere! Please avoid this store at all costs if anything shop online!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow. Amazing staff, amazing service, Dog lovers. I can't believe the service I have got from this shop. I have to say it is the first time I see such of effective, amazing. caring staff. Lululemon is now my top best service I have ever received from any company. Thank you for everything. Amazing amazing amazing ! 5 stars is not enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I gave 5 stars because of Dakota. There was another girl working that was giving her a really hard time and it made all the customers really awkward. I would have given a lower review but Dakota made everyone at ease and I really appreciated her service. Unbelievable customer service from her, my girlfriend was looking for very specific items. She trains a lot and Dakota got her exactly what she needed even though she wasn’t in store. It should be 2 five star reviews for Dakota. I can’t say enough about her

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the worst customer experience i've ever experienced it was almost hilarious. I went in to exchange a pair of leggings for a different colour and to buy a seperate pair. I approached the staff and while I was explaining to her what I needed, she cut me off and said she had to go on break. I've worked many different jobs involving customer service and never once is it ever okay to dismiss a customer because it is your turn for break, that's just rude. She clearly did not understand at all what I asked her to do because she told another employee the complete opposite of what I asked! I had to explain to him that I just wanted to exchange the pair i brought for the same ones but a different colour and that I needed to buy this other pair with a gift receipt. He told me the colour I wanted was out of stock so he ordered them for me. I confirmed with him 3 times!!! what i needed. A week later i get my package in the mail and he sent me the exact same leggings that i had returned!!!!!! I decided to go the lululemon on sherbrooke where they were actually capable of understanding that i didn't want the same leggings i returned in the same colour but in fact a different colour!!! I cannot believe how incompetent the staff is at lululemon downtown, really embarrassing
