Dans notre cas, à chaque propriété convoitée, elle prend le soin de bien nous décrire l'environnement immédiat et non immédiat, nous explique même les prochains développements probables dans le secteur et nous fait ses recommandations bien documentées, même si on laissait apparaître notre intérêt émotionnel pour la propriété. Cela se voit qu'elle connaît bien Ottawa et se soucie de notre satisfaction présente et future. Elle n'a pas été pressée de juste nous faire acheter une propriété pour passer à un autre client. Elle a été soucieuse de nos besoins même si cela prennait du temps. Au final, elle a su bien négocier pour nous faire avoir la propriété qui nous convenait à un très bon prix (selon plusieurs personnes). Très satisfait. ?Good job! ?
