Thank goodness I did, because this market was nuts! He took us through a few houses, and helped us to act fast when we found one that checked all of our must haves! Success! But then I had to quickly sell my existing home - within a month, and again, he and his team, helped us navigate this tricky and fast paced market. With a tight timeline, he gave me tips to help my home show its best, brought in a great photographer and then marketed it really well. Another success - my house sold, surpassing any expectations and within 6 days. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ken, and will definitely contact them again in the future!
