★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They provided a decent service for buying our first home but they were dishonest about the costs. Their first quote range for legal fees plus disbursements was well above some competitors ($2300-2500 vs <$2000). What added insult to injury was that they ended up charging us about $3100 for legal fees ($1000) and disbursement fees ($2100). I highly recommend that you shop around first as their prices tend to be higher and with a lot of gouging that adds up (e.g. $65 courier service to deliver our cheque to their bank, $45 fee to write a certified cheque etc).
